Yes! When setting up your account, you can choose to restrict online booking to your existing patients. This means that if someone indicates they are not already your patient, they will not be able to book an appointment with you. In addition, on OneDoc.ch, patients can filter their search to see only general practitioners who are accepting new patients—your profile will not appear in those results. This way, your schedule remains reserved for patients you already know.
Will my patients use OneDoc?
Yes. They use already OneDoc since we have more than 3 million registered patients registered. In addition, many general practitioners have noticed that their patients are quickly adopting online appointment booking because of its simplicity and convenience. They can see your availability in real time and book the slot that suits them best without having to call. And for patients who still prefer to call, your office can continue to manage appointments from OneDoc Pro or your medical software. All appointments are centralized.
Can I choose which appointment types are available for online booking?
Yes, you can choose which designs are available online. In your OneDoc Pro settings, you can decide which types of appointments patients can book themselves and which ones need to be booked by phone. For instance, standard or follow-up visits can be booked online, while first appointments remain by phone only. This way, you stay in control of your schedule and ensure that appointments are aligned with your practice’s organization.
How to bill for teleconsultations?
Teleconsultations are billed using the same TARMED codes as telephone consultations, following the same calculation method and code selection. However, the reimbursed amount may differ.
It is important to note, however, that the billing system is evolving. The new TARDOC tariff structure is scheduled for January 2026, and changes are to be expected, including for teleconsultations.
