Do I need to change my medical software?
No. OneDoc is compatible with more than 40 medical software systems. These include some of the most widely used solutions in Switzerland, such as Axenita, MediOnline, and many others.
Will this affect my schedule?
No. You remain in full control of your schedule, working hours, and availability. That’s the key benefit of synchronization: anything configured on one side is automatically reflected on the other. For example, if you manually add an appointment in your medical software calendar, that time slot will no longer be available for booking through OneDoc tools.
How do I synchronize OneDoc Pro with my medical software?
In most cases, we take care of contacting your software provider directly to set up synchronization.
If you are using software for which we cannot make direct contact — such as Google Calendar — we will assist you to ensure the synchronization process is smooth.
Is OneDoc Pro easy to install?
No installation needed!
Our system is 100% online, so you can use it from any device with an internet connection. Our team will take care of the setup so you can start using our solution quickly.

How long does the setup take?
This depends on your medical software. In most cases, setting up your OneDoc Pro account and connecting it to your software is quick and, most importantly, requires no downtime. You can continue working as usual while our team takes care of everything else.
