Save time at reception and during billing thanks to OneDoc Link
Automate patient information entry
Thanks to the Covercard System, OneDoc Link lets you automatically import essential administrative information from the health insurance card: name, address, insurer and data necessary for billing. The information appears directly in OneDoc. You save time at check‑in and reduce the risk of errors related to manual entry.

Keep patient data always up to date for error‑free billing
Manual entry increases the risk of incomplete or outdated information. With OneDoc Link, the data is read directly from the health insurance card and automatically updated in OneDoc. This gives you reliable, complete and always up‑to‑date data, which makes the billing process easier.
Use a reader fully compatible with your work environment
OneDoc Link integrates easily with your existing hardware. The reader offers a USB‑C connection and is compatible with Mac, Windows, as well as iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. No installation is necessary: just connect the reader to your device.
