Yes. The connection between OneDoc Pro and Carefolio is secure. Only the data necessary for appointment synchronization (time slots, consultation reasons, and patient contact details) is exchanged between the two systems.
All exchanges use protocols that comply with current security standards. OneDoc hosts its data exclusively in Switzerland, in compliance with the new Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (nFADP), and is ISO 27001 and DCPO certified. Connector installation is handled by the OneDoc team in coordination with Tecost AG to ensure a reliable, stable, and regulation-compliant integration.
