Billing insurance is time-consuming and prone to errors that often require manual corrections and wasted time. With OneDoc Invoice, you can bill insurers under Tarif 312 (LAMal health insurance) or Tarif 311 (LAI/LAA/LAM disability, accident, or military insurance) simply, quickly, and in full compliance. Depending on the appointment type, the relevant tariff positions are automatically pre-filled. Your invoices are then automatically transmitted either to insurers via Medidata (Tiers Payant / TP) or to patients (Tiers Garant / TG) through secure email. This way, you avoid payment delays and insurer rejections, while saving valuable time to focus on your care.

Yes. You can bill sessions directly to patients (without a prescription) and send the invoice securely by email straight from OneDoc Pro. You can also define the accepted payment methods.

Can I send specific instructions before certain types of sessions?

Yes. For each appointment type, you can add personalized instructions that are automatically included in the confirmation email. This way, your patients are well informed before their visit.

How long does it take to set up OneDoc?

This depends on the size of your practice, but in most cases your account is activated within 24 hours. Once the training is completed, you can quickly take control and work independently.
