No. Emma is designed to __support__ and __relieve__ your front desk—not to replace it. She primarily handles repetitive calls so your team can focus on in-practice patients and complex situations. #### Does Emma really understand patient requests? Yes. Emma is powered by artificial intelligence __capable of understanding natural language and common medical requests__. She follows practice-specific scenarios configured according to your specialty, rules, and workflows. #### If a patient books an appointment with the assistant, does it appear in my calendar? Yes.
