Yes, the connection between OneDoc Pro and ifa is secure. Only the data required for appointment synchronisation (time slots, consultation reasons, and patient contact details) is exchanged between the two systems.
All exchanges take place via protocols compliant with current security standards. OneDoc hosts its data exclusively in Switzerland, in compliance with the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), and is certified ISO 27001 as well as OCPD. The connector is installed by the OneDoc teams, in coordination with ifa systems AG, to ensure a reliable, stable, and compliant integration.
