The connector between OneDoc Pro and ifa enables automatic, two-way synchronisation. Once activated, no manual action is required. When a patient books an appointment online via OneDoc, it is automatically recorded in ifa, together with all relevant information (reason for consultation, patient, time). Likewise, appointments added manually in ifa block the corresponding time slots on OneDoc, preventing double bookings. #### Is the connection between OneDoc Pro and ifa secure? Yes, the connection between OneDoc Pro and ifa is secure. Only the data required for appointment synchronisation (time slots, consultation reasons, and patient contact details) is exchanged between the two systems. All exchanges take place via protocols compliant with current security standards. OneDoc hosts its data exclusively in Switzerland, in compliance with the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), and is certified ISO 27001 as well as OCPD. The connector is installed by the OneDoc teams, in coordination with ifa systems AG, to ensure a reliable, stable, and compliant integration. #### What should I do if something needs to be adjusted in the synchronisation?
