Yes, the connection between OneDoc Pro and SOFTplus is secure. Only the data necessary for synchronising appointments (time slots, reasons for consultation and patient contact information) is exchanged between the two systems.
Data exchanges are carried out using protocols that comply with current security standards. OneDoc hosts its data exclusively in Switzerland, in accordance with the new Federal Data Protection Act (nLPD), and is ISO 27001 and OCPD certified. The connector is installed by the OneDoc teams, in coordination with SOFTplus Health AG, to ensure reliable, stable and compliant integration.
What if something needs to be adjusted in the synchronization?
Synchronisation between OneDoc Pro and SOFTplus is designed to be reliable on a daily basis. If an occasional adjustment is needed — for example, after changing your availability settings — simply contact our support team.
